Fitness Program-Free center membership with classes designed exclusively for older adults to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance.

Free 40-minute class held every Wednesday and Friday at 12pm at St. Robert Fitness, 530 Marshall Drive.

10:00 AM-11:00 AM Woodworks

So you’re new to the community and looking for something to do, or you have been here for a while and still don’t know where to find activities for the family — where do you look? There is a program designed to get out the details of what’s going on in the community – it’s Woodworks. Woodworks is a monthly outside community and Fort Leonard Wood community meeting where key sources, like Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation, Army Community Service, the Installation Chaplain’s Office, Red Cross and others, get together to network and share information on what their various programs are doing. Meetings are the last Wednesday of every month.
