The 8th Annual Frog Hill Half Marathon weekend (5K/10K/Half Marathon)
A great event for the whole family!
On Saturday October 1st beginning at 8 am we will run/walk the 10K and Half Marathon starting at the Waynesville East Elementary School.

You'll love our fast start which takes you DOWN our famous Frog Hill. We welcome runners and walkers and have a have a four-hour cut off time, which makes this a fantastic race for first timers and walkers!! Upon completing the 10K or Half Marathon, you will be rewarded with a one of a kind frog medal.

After the race, enjoy the spring, explore the shops downtown, fish or walk the trails along the banks of the Roubidoux.

Be sure to join us for a great race in the Ozarks.

And don't forget about the Leapfrog 5K, to take place on Friday, September 30th at 6:00 p.m. All finishers will receive a medal. There will be free hotdogs and hamburgers at the end for all runners and their families!! Come join the celebration!!!

This is an event you won't want to miss.

As a bonus, complete the 5K on Friday and either the 10K or Half Marathon on Saturday and bring home an extra medal for completing the challenges!  5K / 10K Challenge  and 5K / Half Marathon Challenge

Leapfrog 5k - September, 6:00 p.m. Begins and ends at the Waynesville Park
Frog Hill Half & Tadpole 10K - October 1, 8:00 a.m., Both races begin at East Elementary School in Waynesville and end at the Waynesville Park
Post race party and food at the finish line!

Shuttles will be available to take the runners back to the start line.

The Haunted River Float takes over Ruby's Landing River Resort for the scariest float in Pulaski County. Take a 1/2 mile float down the eerie Gasconade River in a raft in the dark with river monsters and other creatures that will make you scream. After the float you will wind your way through the corn trail, haunted forest and end at the Haunted House. Zombie Paintball is an crowd favorite. Shoot zombies off of a trailer knowing they cannot shoot back. Axe throwing and an escape room can also be added to complete your adventure. For those that are not afraid of what goes bump in the dark, all tickets come with a free night of primitive camping. RV sites available for RV's and primitive camping with electric. We also have cabins.

The Old Stagecoach Stop is the oldest building in Pulaski County. It was built by W.W. McDonald in the mid 1850's and contains 10 rooms of history that have been restored to a different significant period in building's past, from its beginnings as a residence and tavern on the Western frontier of the 1850s through its final chapter as a boarding house for soldiers and their wives in the early 1960s. Take a step back in time as you walk through the rooms and view the period furnishings.

Masking is currently required due to limited spacing in the museum, masks can be provided upon request.
Tours may be requested on other days during the week, and will be scheduled by appointment dependent on the availability of our tour guides.

Battle of the Bands!

2nd Annual Craft Fair at the Francis J. Lynch Memorial VFW 3168 located at 26050 Swindell Dr., Richland, MO. We are not in Richland, located just off I44 Exit 150 on the outer road.

We will have craft vendors and miscellaneous other vendors located inside the building and possibly outside the building depending on demand. There will also be a 50/50 raffle. Biscuits and Gravy, and Chili for sale.

Walkers and Runners are encouraged to raise pledges and/or sponsorships so they have a chance to win a basket full of amazing prizes ($20 – $1000). The top walker/runners in the ten (10) categories: Female (19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, and 50 & older) and Male (19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, and 50 & older) will receive a certificate & prize. There will be free donuts/muffins, coffee/hot coca/warm apple cider, and bottled water before the event starts. Kids can bob for apples, decorate a pumpkin and take it home with them!
